I was Rajae’s third grade teacher. He was a child with a fondness for causing trouble in a playful way. He had an infectious smile and drove me nuts.

Rajae inspired great loyalty from his friends and they mourn him still.

His former Kindergarten teacher remembers his struggle with reading readiness and pride.

In third grade, he wasn’t reading on grade level and actually would have been better served with learning support, as I suspected he suffered from dyslexia.

I don’t know how this information will be used. I just want someone to know, Rajae mattered to many.
