Kevin D. Lowe Jr., 24, passed away on May 28, 2018. Kevin also known as Uggabug or Kev Lo, was born and raised in Philadelphia. Kevin went to Hope Charter in his grade school era. Kev Lo was known to be fresh to def with his fashion sense. Uggabug had an infectious smile that could light up a room. Kevin was life of the party. He loved life and having fun. 23 Indy Zoo was his set. He was a loyal friend. He leaves to mourn his mother Sheree; his father Kevin, Sr; three sister: Destiny, Deyonna, and Iyana; three brother: Davonte, Tymir, and Iqhuil; four aunts: Teresa, Deborah, Judy, and Kim; one uncle, Bill; his cousin: America, Taurean, Jared, Shakita, Nyerah, Darrell, Jadarra, CJ, and Tyjere; as well as a host of second and third cousins and friends.
